Why we built it
Accuprime's calling team works from the Philippines and speaks with business owners across the United States. That means every callback, every discovery call and every "call me after lunch" has to be right in someone else's time zone. Spreadsheets and general-purpose sales tools kept getting this wrong, lost track of who had called whom, and left commissions to be worked out by hand at the end of the month.
AccuprimeFlow brings the whole outbound process into one place: the lead lists marketing brings in, the calls the team makes, the discovery calls they book, and the commissions that follow when those calls happen. Everything is kept on Eastern time, and every number on the dashboard comes from the same records the team works from.
How it's run
AccuprimeFlow is designed, built and supported by Accuprime Financials LLC. It is used internally by the Accuprime team and is not offered for sale. Access is by invitation from an Accuprime admin.
Lead and call records are stored in a managed database with access rules on every table, so each person can reach only what their role allows. Email goes out from Accuprime's own domain.
