AccuprimeFlow

How AccuprimeFlow works

Each part of the platform in plain terms, from the first import to the last commission.

Lead lists

Getting leads in, cleanly.

  • Upload Excel or CSV files of any size. AccuprimeFlow finds the header row, reads each sheet, and remembers your column layout for next time.
  • The same person on the same phone is flagged as a duplicate before import. Two people sharing one line both come in, marked as a shared line.
  • Leads that were closed before can be reopened on purpose. Do-not-call records are never imported again.
  • Each lead gets a category, such as Healthcare, Coaching or E-commerce, and a time zone taken from the area code, so callers know when it is sensible to call.
  • A test import can be removed in one step by the super admin.

Assigning

The right leads to the right callers.

  • Hand a selection to one caller, or split it evenly across several. It works the same for ten leads or ten thousand.
  • Team load shows how many open leads, callbacks and discovery calls each caller has, so no one is overloaded.
  • When someone leaves, their open leads return to the pool automatically, and their history stays with the records.

The calling day

What a caller sees each morning.

  • My day lists overdue callbacks, callbacks due later today, today's discovery calls, and fresh leads that can be called at this hour in their own time zone.
  • Eleven call outcomes, from voicemail to appointment set, each with a note. After six unanswered attempts a lead closes as unreachable; admins can change that number.
  • The call script opens beside the prospect, with their name and company filled in.
  • Clocks for Eastern, Central and Pacific time are always on screen.

Discovery calls

Booked, confirmed, verified.

  • Callers book the discovery call in the prospect's own time zone, with who is attending and the meeting link. Admins and the caller get an email the moment it is booked.
  • The Appointments screen lists every upcoming and past discovery call by day, with the prospect's local time beside Eastern.
  • After the call, an admin records the result: attended, no-show, rescheduled, proposal sent, won or lost. A no-show goes back to the caller to follow up.

Commissions

Earned only when the call happens.

  • Each person's commission is set individually: none, on their own bookings, or on every booking across the team, as a fixed amount per attended call and per deal won, a percentage of the deal, or both.
  • A commission waits when the discovery call is booked, becomes payable once the call is verified as attended, and is cancelled if the prospect does not show.
  • Admins pay a selection as one payout with a note, and can reverse a payment made by mistake. Everyone sees their own commissions and can export them.

Dashboards and reports

Numbers the team can trust.

  • The team dashboard shows calls, contact rate, bookings, attendance, deals won and commissions earned, compared with the period before, and each caller against the team average.
  • Six reports: caller performance, discovery calls, lead status, category performance, source performance and the commission ledger. Each exports to Excel, PDF or CSV.
  • A daily and weekly summary goes to leadership by email, each caller gets their own report, and admins get a nightly list of discovery calls still waiting to be verified.

Access and records

Who can see and change what.

  • Four roles: caller, marketing, admin and super admin. Each person sees only the screens for their role, and the database enforces it, not just the screen.
  • Callers see their own leads. Commission rates, settings and deletions are limited to admins, and some to the super admin alone.
  • Every change that matters, from an edited lead to a reversed payment, is recorded with who made it and when.
  • Training accounts can be marked as test accounts: they never receive email and never count in reports.
